New Format for Community Calls

Instead of presenting updates, community calls will now be working sessions to discuss proposals. There will be a rotating moderator from the community.

Agendas will be in the Community Call section in the Discourse forum, so that it’s easier to coordinate than giving everyone Notion access.

A proposal sponsor may speak on their proposal for 2 min and hear up to 5 minutes of discussion afterwards.

If other topics are to be discussed, they should be added to the forum.

Format:

  1. Fun community updates and wins - 5 min, moderator presents

  2. Active Proposals - 15 min

  3. New proposal workshop and feedback - 10 min

  4. Guild updates (1 min per speaker)

  5. Miscellaneous topics (up to 10 min)

  6. Closing
