Thanks @alexthims , I agree that buildability is desirable. Getting a map or at least a Lat/Long pin for Parcel 6 would help a lot to assess slopes and complexity of terrain.
Worth checking on access - needing a right of way to cross through unknown neighbors property is less than ideal.
Good suggestions. asked the broker for more info. we can ask her to go tour the property but i’ve had her tour 2 or 3 already so she might not want to this week
